CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW POLICY
Your custom is very important to us at Beauty at Fourteen and we hold your appointments just for you, so we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 48-hours notice.
This way, we will be able to adjust our diary accordingly and allow us to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
We do of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.

Our cancellation fees are as follows:
• Less than 48-hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service total.
As a courtesy, we do contact you to confirm the date and time ahead of your appointment to help avoid unwanted charges, however you are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you are unsure.

LATE POLICY
We will always do our best to accommodate you if you’re running late, stuck in traffic etc.
However, if you are late it can affect the remainder of our day by delaying us for the clients who come in after you, therefore the following applies:
Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check you are on your way.
If you are able to make it in time for your full treatment to be completed, perfect! If not, we may have to reschedule part of your treatment. This will allow us to keep our diarised time slots for the next clients to ensure they are not kept waiting for their appointment.
